Fabio Liverani

Liverani told Sky Sport.

“We had to be quicker, there are no secrets when you face this kind of teams, you need pace and creativity in the final third.

“Gervinho is a player that needs to be activated quickly, if you pass through defenders and midfielders it becomes difficult from him to be dangerous, we need know our opponents well.

“[Yann] Karamoh did some mistakes, I replaced him with [Juan] Brunetta as I thought he could give me something more. Patience is needed as Italian football can be tricky for young players.”
