The name of David Moyes still traumatizes Manchester United fans. However, apparently, he and Sir Alex Ferguson are still contacting each other. In fact, the pair recently spoke via text about Moyes’ progress during his second spell at West Ham.
Heading into Saturday’s Premier League clash between the teams,
West Hamhave won three straight games.
Moyes said (via the Metro):
“He texted me two weeks ago after a game to say how well he thought the team was doing,
“Sir Alex was always very good to me. He was very good to me at Manchester United. He is thought of so highly and at that time to replace him was a great honour.”
