PSG

Manchester United

.

Thomas Tuchel’

s team defeated Red Devils with a 3-1 result which boosted their hopes for the knockout stage qualification. Neymar’s brace and a Marquinhos goal secured a win for the Parisians and they are now controlling their own destiny in the group’s final matchday next week. In a post-match interview with

RMC Sport

, Thomas Tuchel has spoken about his team’s situation and has urged his team to continue pushing hard until they secure their next round qualification.

"Nearly qualified, is not qualified. Nearly pregnant, is not being pregnant. That does not exist, I am not going to let a single guy think that everything has been done.

"We have made a big step forward but I am not going to let a single guy think that we are already qualified.

"We need to make the last step and for that, we will need to play with the same mentality, the same fire and the same spirit."

PSG will face

Montpellier

on Saturday before continuing their Champions League campaign with a match against Istanbul Basaksehir three days later.
