De Gea’s injury report

Sun 29 November 2020 | 17:48

The Red Devils goalkeeper was substituted in their game against Southampton following an injury.

Manchester United

coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, revealed that

David de Gea

will be checked by their medical staff after feeling uneasy during their

Southampton

clash. The Spaniard, who was replaced by

Dean Henderson

on the second half, suffered from a knee injury after his attempt to concede a free-kick by their opponent.

"Let's have a little check on him (David de Gea),”

Solskjaer said.

“Hopefully he can be okay for Wednesday but I'm not sure.”

The Red Devils coach also praised their sub-keeper, Henderson, saying:

“Dean played well though. He's a keeper who has been used to being vocal. He wants to organise the team.”

“He had a couple of tidy saves to make. He was safe with his hands. After the first half, we played well again.”

For their Wednesday match, Man-Utd will face

PSG

in the Champions League.
