Barcelona honor Maradona’s death

On Friday, the Catalonians held a moment of silence to honor the late Argentinian memory.

, held a moment of silence to honor the death of Argentina legend,

Diego Maradona

. Ex-Barca player, who died on Wednesday at the age of 60, was honored in a moment of silence ahead of the team’s training on Friday.

Maradona who was a LaLiga player once, signed for Barcelona in the 1980s before joining

Sevilla

a decade later.

Other Spanish clubs will also hold a moment of silence in their upcoming LaLiga games to honor Maradona’s memory.

For their next clash Barcelona will face

Osasuna

with the hope of winning all three points on the LaLiga table.
