According to Tuchel, the Ligue 1 team will include the Brazil international on Tuesday’s match despite his recent injury.

Paris Saint-Germain

coach, Thomas Tuchel revealed that regardless of

Neymar

’s injury, the player will be included on their squad when they face

RB Leipzig

. According to Tuchel, last year’s finalists are aimed to win their next match against Leipzig and for that, they are ready to risk having Neymar on the field.

“We need him to play, it is necessary that he be on the field,” Tuchel told the reporters.

“He has the quality and the experience. He's a key player for us.”

“He is not in the best physical condition, but he will start tomorrow. He can handle this kind of game physically and mentally.”

“I hope we won't be too focused on him though. I hope that we can help him and that he will not be alone.”

When asked about

Kylian Mbappe

, who is also expected to join the team on Tuesday, Tuchel admitted that though the player has remained goalless for this year’s UCL competition, he still hopes that the Frenchman would make it to the target.

“We need Kylian's goals. I can tell that he is doing everything to be decisive.”

“He played with the France team. Against Monaco, he scored two goals. Now is the time for him, as well as for Ney, to be decisive again.”

Furthermore, the PSG coach talked about his plan for the game and his possible formation.

“We want to win, it's a final in the group. I absolutely want us to have more courage to score than fear to have problems defensively. It will take courage to score, it's a possibility.”

“We must find two players in the middle capable of making the effort if we play a 4-4-2. But it is also possible that we play 4-3-3. We used it in Leipzig as well as in the quarter-finals [last season]. There are two possibilities, we will wait to see who is available.”
