Roma is to select a new director

Stefano Scalera, currently as Deputy Head of Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Italy is going to become a new Roma director from January.

’s CEO Guido Fienga has chosen Scalera in agreement with President Dan Friedkin.

Scalera is a long-time

 fan and is reportedly going to move to

from January.

Scalera has directly contacted Friedkin and is expected to strike his deal with the Giallorossi in January.

Scalera will oversee the club’s institutional connections but as he is a real estate and investment expert, he could cover other roles.

Meanwhile,

seek a new Director of sport with Atletico Madrid chief Andrea Berta and Lille director Luis Campos on the Giallorossi’s radars.
