After Clarke used the term “colored footballers” he issued an apology

FA chairman Greg Clarke used the term “colored” in a parliamentary committee meeting but now he has apologized for what he did

In a meeting about a number of matters in English football in which UK’s Digital, Media and Sport committee, Premier League chief Richard Masters and EFL boss Rick Parry were present too Clarke used the term "high-profile colored footballers" when he was asked a question

He was then given the chance to take back what he said and he apologized

Later on there was a statement released by FA about the problem : "Greg Clarke is deeply apologetic for the language he used to reference members of the ethnic minority community during the select committee hearing today.

"He acknowledged that using the term 'coloured' is not appropriate and wholeheartedly apologised during the hearing."
