who joinedAtletico Madrid
after being let go of by Koeman was praised byKoke
saying that he fits the team well. So far the Uruguayan had six appearances in LaLiga scoring five goals and giving one assist. Atelti who are third on the table with two less games played have been going unbeaten thanks to Suarez.

Koke was also asked about the limited time Suarez had with the currently injuredDiego Costa
saying: "They are two great forwards and they have to adapt together. The team is playing well and has more solutions in attack."
When the Spanish midfielder was asked about the potential return ofGriezmann
and his recent performance he stated: "I was very surprised to see a player of the stature of Griezmann [not play until] the 90th minute in the last duel in which we faced Barca,"
"I think now he would have a lot of competition here."
Koke also said that evenMessi
would have a competition on Atelti’s squad adding further about his happiness regarding the flourishing ofLlorente
"I'm happy for him because at first he didn't have a good time by not playing, but all work has its reward. Those that last year had fewer minutes have more this season."
