has to take more action toward his sqad. According to Ferdinand the team is lacking confidence and to boost that confidence alongside their performance the leader of the squad who is Maguire needs to give powerful speeches even in a few words to push his teammates.

Manchester United

has been having a rough season in Premier League so far with gaining only seven points out of their six games played. The Reds now stand in the fifteenth place on the table with one of their worst tally since 2013-14 season.
