MLS and Copa Libertadores Latest Fixtures + Injuries and Suspensions

Here is the information on today and tomorrow’s MLS and Copa Libertadores fixtures. You can also find info on what players are injured or suspended on both sides.

All times are Central European Time.

Seattle Sounders vs Portland Timbers (MLS)

The match is to be played today (October 22, 2020) at 10:30 PM at CenturyLink Field, home to Seattle Sounders football club. On Seattle Sounders side there are no suspended players, however, the following players will be out due to Injury or other reasons: Xavier Arreaga, Rual Ruidiaz (this one is out due to coronavirus contraction), Gustav Svensson, Joevin Jones, Trey Muse, Jimmy Medranda, Handwalla Bwana, Brad Smith and Danny Leyva.

side we don’t know if Julio Cascante, Jeremy Ebobisse, and Marvin Loria will play or not in tomorrow’s fixture against Seattle Sounders, however, the following players will surely be out due to injuries or other reasons: Dairon Asprilla, Sebastian Blanco, Andy Polo and Blake Bodily. And like Seattle Sounders, there are no suspended players on Portland Timbers side either.

Boca Juniors vs Caracas FC (Copa Libertadores)

will be hosting Caracas FC tomorrow at 2:30 in their home stadium, La Bombonera. This is the last game of the group for both teams. On Boca Juniors side there are no suspended players, but Mauro Zarate will be out due to injury and Sebastian Villa may or may not appear for the Argentinian side tomorrow.

On Caracas FC side there are three suspended players, namely Richard Celis, Eduardo Fereira, and Sandro Notaroberto, but there are no injuries or players that their appearances for tomorrow’s match is doubted.

Gremio/RS vs America de Cali (Copa Libertadores)

Match day 6 of 6; it is actually the last group-stage game between the two sides. Gremio will be hosting America de Cali tomorrow evening (October 23, 2020) at 8:30 PM at their home ground, Arena do Gremio.

On Gremio’s side there is one suspended player, namely Paulo Miranda, and four players who will be out for tomorrow’s match due to injury or other reasons: Alisson, Guedes, Brenno, and Leo Gomes.

On America de Cali’s side there are no suspended players but three players who will not play in tomorrow’s match due to injury or other reasons. These players are Rodrigo Urena, Luis David Quintero, and Adrian Ramos.

Libertad vs Independiente Medellin (Copa Libertadores)

Match day 6 of 6, October 23, 2020; Libertad and Independiente Medellin will clash tomorrow at 2:30 at General Pablo Rojas stadium. A win will greatly raise the chances of advancing from the group stage for Libertad - they have collected 7 points, while Independiente Medellin have no hope of advancing from the group stage even if they win the game - they have collected only 3 points from 5 games.

No Libertad player is suspended, however, three of their players, namely Luciano Abecasis, Nicolas Milesi, and Hector Villalba, will be out for tomorrow’s match due to injuries or other reasons. The same is about Independiente Medellin: No suspended players but three players out due to injuries or other reasons. These three players are Didier Delgado, Bayron Garces, and Daniel Castro.
