Galatasaray boss, Terim, on road to recover from coronavirus disease
Tested positive for coronavirus on Monday, Galatasaray head coach, Fatih Terim, says he's feeling fine now and hopes to recover soon from the disease.
The 66-year-old manager, mostly in charge of Turkish national team and Super Lig giants, Galatasaray, during his career, tweeted on Wednesday: "I feel so beautiful and special that I feel every prayer in my heart. This is a test for all of us and we will pass this test with your prayers and your good wishes. I'm fine, and I hope I'm going to get better. I thank every one of you in my heart."
It is now the fourth year for the former Milan coach, Terim, in charge of Galatasaray, with the club sitting on the third position in the Turkish Super Lig only three points behind Trabzonspor and Istanbul Basaksehir after 26 games.
Following the example of other major European leagues, Turkish Super Lig has been suspended recently due to coronavirus pandemic.
