?Arsenal vs Standard Liège: match preview & lineups

Arsenal will host Standard Liege at their Emirates Stadium tonight in UEFA Europa League Group F.

 

 

The Gunners produced a top performance to beat Eintracht Frankfurt 3-0 away from home with youngsters Joe Willock and Bukayo Saka joining Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on the scoresheet. Later they faced Manchester United on Monday with ended in a 1-1 draw. 

On the other side, Standard Liege kicked off their European adventure with a 2-0 win over Vitoria SC but failed to impress on the night.

The Belgians could only muster five shots against their Portuguese opponents including two on target, but clawed their way to victory.

Arsenals’ Hector Bellerin and Kieran Tierney missed the club 1-1 draw away to Manchester United on Monday night but should return here. Rob Holding should also get some minutes under his belt following a spell out injured.

Meanwhile for Standard Liège, Zinho Vanheusden has returned from injury in recent weeks and his return could allow Merveille Bokadi to move from centre-back to central midfield.
