It has been a while since some Barcelona stars are off the pitch due to different kinds of injuries. Names such as Messi, Suarez and Dembele.
Suarez came back to face Valencia after recovering from his calf injury and then it was Messi’s turn to kick the ball against Granada after being absent for the first four Barca matches of the season due to his foot injury.
The Argentinian star lost their match against Getafe again, but good news for the fans is that Barcelona were given a boost on Monday as both Lionel Messi and Ousmane Dembele joined in first-team training ahead of Wednesday's clash with Inter Milan.
They both missed the trip to Getafe on Saturday due to injury and are considered doubts for the Champions League tie at the Camp Nou.
Dembele was ruled out of the game against Getafe before kick-off and later diagnosed with a hamstring strain. Ernesto Valverde said after the win he did not think it was a serious problem but was not sure if he’d be able to face Inter.
