Süle is one of the fastest players in the Bundesliga - Rummenigge

Niklas Süle - in his own words - "I'm not engaging in the debate, yet I'm cheerful my exhibitions have been recognized, On the off chance that individuals state I'm a decent defender , at that point I'm working superbly."

An extraordinary one, truth be told. Süle joined Bayern from Hoffenheim in summer 2017, ostensibly as back-up for Jerome Boateng and Mats Hummels.

The 23-year-old all things considered amassed 27 Bundesliga appearances under Carlo Ancelotti, before prevailing upon current Bayern coach Niko Kovac last season.

"He's first choice in front of the other two," Kovac said late morning through the 2018/19 campaign.

"They should fight it out."

While 2014 FIFA World Cup-winning team Boateng and Hummels tried for a spot at the core of the Bayern defence, Süle turned out 31 times in the league  - missing only three rounds of the record champions' Bundesliga title defence.

Also was winning the most tackles of any of Bayern's central defenders (278), with 95 percent of his attempted  passes - an league best imparted to Borussia Mönchengladbach's Nico Elvedi - and positioned fourth in the league for most touches (2,799).

"The manner in which football is played these days, we're not just the last line of defence. Alongside the goalkeeper, we're in charge of the development and build-up," Süle said.

He hit a top speed of 21.62 miles per hour last season - that is just 0.04 slower than the lean and flexible Kingsley Coman. He comes in at 5'9" and 165 pounds; Süle is 6'5" and very nearly 200 pounds.

"You can't generally train speed," Bayern's No.4 said

"Disregarding my size, I'm generally brisk, if not over the initial five meters than over long distances."

"I'm a really glib person off the pitch, however on it I'm progressively held - I have to change that," he clarified.

"Joshua Kimmich has done it - he wasn't generally as vocal as he is currently, yet it doesn't fall into place easily for me.

"Dortmund pushed us extremely hard last season, and it will be another intense one for us."
