Yussuf Poulsen, the forward of RB Leipzig, is the next name on the list of the best Bundesliga in 2021. The Danish forward joined the youth ranks of Lyngby BK when he was 14, and on 4 December 2011, he made his senior debut against AC Horsens. The following season, he made 32 appearances, scoring 11 goals.

Poulsen's extraordinary performance did not go unnoticed by foreign and domestic clubs. Finally, on 3 July 2013, he joined RB Leipzig. The Danish footballer scored his first Bundesliga goal in the sixth fixture of the 2016–17 season against FC Augsburg. The Dutch footballer made 66 appearances for the club, scoring 21 times. In July 2016, Weghorst moved to AZ with a four-year contract, scoring his first European goal in a UEFA Europa League group match against Dundalk.
