In 1882, a group of schoolboys formed a club named "Hotspur Football Club," which two years later, it changed to "Tottenham Hotspur Club." The young boys were between 13 and 14, from Hon's Middle Class and Tottenham school, playing for the Hotspur Cricket Club.

The idea of making a football club came from the three schoolboys, Robert Buckle, Sam Casey, and John Anderson, who were looking for a way to be able to play sports in the winter months. Based on Club Lore states, finally, while one night they were under a lamppost on Tottenham High Road agreed to start the club, which set the start point of Tottenham history.

They followed their agreement and based the club on 5 September 1882, which included eighteen members at the end of the year. He continued his role till 1894, and by reorganizing the club and establishing a list of ethos for it supported the boys.

Finally, in 1935, 784 Tottenham High Road became the club's official address.

Following the letters of another London club, named Hotspur, the boys renamed the club and changed it to

Using the same composition and color palette made many similarities between the presented logo in 1999 and the image in 1983. There were only slight differences in the contours and lines. Finally, in 2006, the club exposed a logo that has become its official image from 2006 to now.

The current badge depicts a blue cockerel with a white head standing on a blue ball, decorated with a small white stitch. By increasing the number of spectators and becoming more popular in the football world, they moved to an enclosed ground. However, due to the reduction of stadium capacity and, on the contrary, increasing in the number of Tottenham's fans, the club had to move to a more suitable ground.

The club's need to maximize the hospitality facilities caused the architectures to choose its design as an asymmetric bowl, which the bowl shape could meet it.

A single-tier stand in the south of the stadium caused the structure to get an asymmetry form.
