Katowice

Arkadiusz Milik started his career with Rozwój Katowice, he joined the reserve team during the 2009-2010 season. On October 23, 2010, when he was sixteen-year-old, he made his debut in the III liga, Poland's fourth division, and netted two goals in the four-to-zero victory over KS Krasiejów.

Górnik Zabrze (2011-2012)

His start to the 2019-2020 season was interrupted by an injury undergone during a preseason tournament in the United States.
