Robert Firminio spent four and a half seasons at

At the age of 17, Firmino joined Figueirense's youth side in 2008. At the age of 15, he was noticed by a dentist who worked with local residents. Brazil's Clube de Regatas. He made his Serie B debut on 24 October 2009.
