I was recommended to do a Masters, so I took a year out, worked in a call center to save up to pay for it, had a look around, and found the Broadcast Journalism degree at Staffordshire University. It came highly recommended.”

So, she went to Staffordshire University to study broadcast journalism for her masters. At the same time, she worked for multiple Radio news channels. She got work experience from Channel 5 in London and Key 103.

After leaving Staffordshire University, she wasn’t yet ready say goodbye to the academy. When I left the University, I was fully equipped to work in broadcast journalism and have worked hard to get where I am today. I would do anything for Staffs and have done a talk with the undergraduates about how to get into the industry. I want to give back to a University that gave me so much.”
