Lionel Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo
The first footballer who married his fan is Lionel Messi. He has been in a relationship with Antonella Roccuzzo, a fellow native of Rosario since 2008. Messi has known Roccuzzo since he was five years old, as she is the cousin of his best friend since childhood, Lucas Scaglia, who is also a football player.
It all began in 1996, when Messi and Lucas Scaglia, the cousin of Antonella and Leo's friend in the Newell's Old Boys youth system, began to spend time together in Rosario.
After keeping their relationship private for a year, Messi first confirmed their romance in an interview in January 2009, before going public a month later during a carnival in Sitges after the Barcelona–Espanyol derby.
Leo was just nine-years-old, but was already in love with the daughter of the Rosario supermarket chain owners.
Those who know him recall that he would write letters as a kid, stating that one day Antonella would be his girlfriend.

It was not until he had turned 21-years-old that the relationship became known.
It was on the program 'Hat Trick Barça', of the Catalan channel 'TV3', in January 2009.
They asked Messi "Do you have a girlfriend?" and Leo Messi replied "Yes, I have a girlfriend. She is in Argentina. The truth is that I am well and I am relaxed."
From that moment, Antonella Roccuzzo, who always had a close relationship with Leo, was linked to the life of Messi.
Antonella, who studied at the Latin American Education Centre, took a different path to Leo when the Barça star left to go to the Catalan capital.
While Messi started on his road to becoming the greatest player in the world, Antonella was in a relationship with another Rosario neighbor, one that lasted three years.
The death of a friend of Antonella's in a traffic accident led to the renewed meeting of Antonella and Leo.
Messi learned of the tragedy and quickly travelled to Argentina to be at her side. It was then that their relationship progressed, but they chose to keep it private.
Messi returned to Barcelona, while Antonella began to study Odontology at the National University of Rosario, leaving the course after six months and trying her luck in Social Communication, which she studied for a year.
Antonella's friends say that she revealed her relationship with Messi to them on July 20, 2007.
Despite this, the confirmation that the relationship was established happened before the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Roccuzzo travelled for the first time to Barcelona and moved in with Leo Messi.
On June 2, 2012, in a celebration after a goal against Ecuador in the Monumental stadium, an open secret was confirmed: Antonella was pregnant with Thiago, the couple's first child, born on November 2, 2012.
Later, in the 2014/15 season, Messi confirmed on social media that Antonella was expecting their second child, Mateo, born on September 11, 2015.
It is evident that the lives of Leo Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo were destined to be one great love story.
He always knew that he loved her, and she had the sufficient patience to wait for him.
The couple has three sons: Thiago (born 2012), Mateo (born 2015), and Ciro (born 2018).

They have been dating since 2010. The singer regularly shares pictures of herself and her footballer boyfriend on social media.
Garcia, 32, is best known for her singing career. She released her debut album in 2006, which went on to spawn the hit single “Despierta.” She’s released five studio albums since, which have all performed respectably on the Spanish pop charts.
Some of her most popular songs include “Ven Por Mi“, “Soy Como Soy,” and “Sigo Enamorada de Ti.” The latter is the cover of the Grease song “Hopelessly Devoted to You”, as Garcia played the role of Sandy in a stage production of Grease from 2007 to 2013.
In 2015 Edurne famously described Manchester as "uglier than the back of a fridge".
Garcia caused quite a stir in the sports community when she spoke about David de Gea’s time with Manchester United.
On the talk show El Hormiguero, Garcia agreed with host Pablo Motos when he said that Manchester is “uglier than the back of a fridge.” “It’s not very nice, that’s for sure”, she said, “You have to hunt out specific places, the nicer places. But even then Spain is nicer. The reason I like it is because David’s there. With him being there, everything looks wonderful.”

Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has also married his fan, Pilar Rubio, and explained the fascinating tale about how he met his wife, claiming that he had three dreams about the Spanish television presenter before they'd ever met.

Pilar Rubio was born on March 17, 1978 in Torrejón de Ardoz, Community of Madrid, Spain.
She comes from the family of Manuel Rubio and Pilar Fernández. As her parents they have always supported their daughter.
Rubio started to study Economics, but she never finished her education and did not get her degree from the university.
Fernández is a Spanish reporter and TV presenter. The Spanish superstar and now actress, has long had a crush on the Real Madrid captain, and fan of his game.
The couple has been together since September 2012. They have three sons: Sergio (born 6 May 2014), Marco (born 14 November 2015), and Alejandro (born 25 March 2018).
Ramos once said: "It was a little abnormal, to dream three times about the same person. And it is true that I did know of her because she was a television presenter.
"We had no link or anything in common, but quite the opposite. The first message was to try to [break the ice] but I didn't have many aspirations to get an answer back.
"But hey, with the passage of time it seems that the strategy took effect, and from there we got to know each other to the extent that we do today."
Ramos’ relationship with Pilar has been strong since they were in love in 2012.
In order for that love to continue, there must be children who are in a relationship and the parents feel responsible, and Ramos has three children (Sergio Ramos Rubio), the eldest son born in 2014 and now 6 years old.
The middle son is 4 years old and Marco Ramos Rubiowast was born in 2015. His youngest son, Alejandro Ramos Rubio, is two years old and was born in 2018.
There has been a disagreement between the couple over the name of the third child, where Pilar Rubio said in her remarks: “I wanted to name my baby Axel,
For me, he has a nice tone on the ear, but Ramos doesn’t like it and doesn’t feel the same enthusiasm for that name.”
Ramos wanted to choose another name for his third child, who eventually ended up being called Alejandro.
“Ramos for me is always the best, he is my partner and my lover and I love everything he does,
I didn’t talk to him about his clothes, but I think she’s great.”
Ramos and Rubio are happy parents of four healthy sons.
On November 12, 2013, Rubio and her husband announced that they are expecting their first child together. Nine months later, on May 6, 2014 she gave birth to Sergio Ramos Jr.

TV personality Satta was married to Ghana Black Stars midfielder, Kevin-Prince Boateng in 2016. Their decision of turning their long-term love affair into a marriage seemed to be the best decision as this couple seems to be very happy with each other.
Looking at their relationship in their early days, some of their fans used to say that they won’t last long. However, the affair led to the duo even having a son together Maddox Prince Boateng, who was born on 15th April 2014.
Not just being a fan, Satta saw something special in the former AC Milan player, “The reason why he [Kevin-Prince Boateng] is always injured is that we have sex 7-10 times a week,” Satta was quoted.
“I hate foreplay, I want to get straight to the point,” she added. “My favorite position is on top so I can take control,” Satta has never been afraid of talking about her sex life.
The footballer and the model were feared to have been going through some problems in their relationship earlier in 2016, but the couple may have managed to settle their differences, and make their relationship official the same year.
Boateng, as one of the top footballers who married their fans, married Satta at the church of Stella Maris parish located in Italy. Their wedding ceremony was attended by their close friends and family. Their 2-year-old son was also present when his parents walked down the aisle together.
Cesc Fabregas and Daniella Semaan
Cese Fabregas is also among the top footballers who married their fans. He has been with Daniella since 2011. Semaan was not the only fan of the Spanish international, but her son too.
Countless fans have begged Fabregas for his autograph during his illustrious career, but Daniella Semaan is the only one that got the special signature that would remain forever in her heart.
It’s rumored that the couple first met when she asked for an autograph for her son Joseph in a Japanese restaurant named Nozomi in Knightsbridge, London.
Fabregas is just 33-year-old while Lebanese woman Daniella Semaan is 12 years older than him.
Daniella Semaan, born June 4, 1975, is 45 and she’s 12 years older than former Arsenal and Barcelona star, Cesc Fabregas.

Semaan is a mother of five (Leonardo, Lia, Capri, Joseph and Maria), three fathered by Fabregas and two from a previous relationship with London-based millionaire businessman, Elie Taktouk.
There are two tales on how the couple met. According to Semaan, the pair swapped numbers after she went up to the Chelsea star at a Japanese restaurant Nozomi in London to ask for an autograph for her son Joseph.
Other fellow WAGs at Barcelona explained that Semaan was followed by the popping eyes of every male diner, before boldly dropping a piece of paper on to the player’s table. Her mobile number was written on the paper!
Fabregas and Semaan have been together for seven years, and he proposed in December 2017. The Spanish midfielder was formerly in a relationship with his childhood sweetheart Carla Garcia, who he had dated since he was 16.
They parted ways after seven years together despite Garcia moving to London with her boyfriend when he was signed by Arsenal in 2003.
Semaan’s former husband, Elie Taktouk is a London-based millionaire businessman and they were together for 13 years. In 2012, Taktouk claimed Fabregas stole his wife at the time they were still happily married and were trying for a third baby.
The business man revealed he only found out about his wife’s affair with the former Arsenal star when he saw pictures of him on holiday in Italy with a ‘mystery lady’ in June 2011, and recognized her as his own wife.
Taktouk, who also originates from the Lebanon told reporters, “I was completely numb and in shock for months. I was in denial but never wanted her back. The minute I saw those pictures I felt disgusted by her behavior and just cut off all emotions.”
Taktouk added, “He is 25 and a fool. She went after him and she would leave him as soon as his money and fame run out. He is no David Beckham.”
At a Court of Appeal hearing in London, Taktouk accused Semaan of cheating, and lying to a judge in their divorce case by claiming the footballer does not fund her lavish lifestyle.
Semaan and Fabregas won the case and were granted £1.4million and the former couple’s Belgravia flat.
