2018-2019 Season Opener
Our first game in the list of best La Liga season starts of all time is Barcelona's defeat in the opening weak of last season. Ernesto Valverde's Barcelona came into the season opener against Athletic Bilbao without two of their biggest stars, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

Defiantly one of the best La Liga season starts of all time, with an unbelievable comeback and a late drama, the 2012-2013 La Liga opener was a scintillating battle between the hosts, Athletic Bilbao and Real Betis.
The visitors were in fine form and finished the first half with three goals, the best of them a rocket of a shot by Benat. However, the Basque side came to life in the second half and somehow managed to level the game with 15 minutes remaining.

2013-2014 Season Opener
Another memorable game in the list of best La Liga season starts of all time was Tata Martino's first game as the Barcelona's new coach and it couldn't go any better.
The Catalans came into the new season after a turbulent year in which they lost their coach, Tito Vilanova to cancer and were beaten by seven goals in the UCL semi-final against the eventual winners, Bayern Munchen. Valencia 4-3 Racing Santander
2007-2008 Season Opener

2006-2007 Season Opener

With Ronaldinho and Deco pulling the strings and Samuel Eto'o as the main attacking force, they scored freely and usually would end the game before the half-time break.
