Inter’s Perisic is motivated to defeat Real Madrid

has talked about the match insisting that he is motivated for victory against the La Liga side and wants his side to finish the group stage as the leaders.

And about the changes that have led to their progress from the group stage unlike the previous seasons, he says that there isn't that much difference in their approach.

“There’s no big difference, we play with the same system and have known each other for many years,”

Perisic said at a press conference.

“The shape is always the same, nothing has changed except from the fact that we did better in the Champions League.

“This year we deserved to go through, last year we were close.”

And about his contract at the club that expires in June 2022, he says that he has been having a good time at the club, but he doesn’t have any decisions about his future yet.

“The last two years have been wonderful for me,”

he said.

“I’m hungry, as is the whole team, and I want to win.

“I don’t like talking about the future, we have to give everything and think only of the present. I’m only focused on tomorrow, we want to play a great game and finish first.

“We have time and in a couple of weeks we will talk, let’s see what can happen.”
