Ramos will not return to team training this week
The PSG star is recovering from a long-term injury that has prevented him from making his debut for the French giants.
Sergio Ramos suffered an injury days after his arrival at Paris Saint-Germain. The former Real Madrid defender is spending a long-running recovery process, hoping to make his return after the international break.
According to
El Partidazo de Cope, Ramos will not participate in team training for another week. The Spaniard is expected to complete his recovery after the upcoming international break.
There have been rumours around PSG's intention to terminate Ramos' contract recently. However, the club's sporting director Leonardo dismissed the reports in a press conference last week.
"We know Ramos has had an injury,"
Leonardo said.
"The Spanish press are playing games, we all knew he had a problem. We know what's happening here."
In their last game before the international break, PSG will face
Bordeauxon Saturday. Ramos is expected to make his return in the Parisians' match against Nantes on November 20.
