Inter trying hard to keep Lukaku

Nerazzurri is trying to keep the Belgian star on the attacking line.

Inter Milan

have told Chelsea they will have to pay Romulo Lukaku €120m if they are interested in signing him.

Inter, who have been forced to sell their players to improve their financial situation, have so far sold Achraf Hakimi to Paris Saint-Germain for 71 million euros. Tuttosport have claimed that Niccolo Barella, Alessandro Bastoni and Romulo Lukaku are not for sale and that the Nerazzurri are unlikely to agree a transfer with the club.

However, Chelsea are trying to bring their former striker back to Stamford Bridge and are considering the situation. Their first option is Erling Haaland, and if they fail to sign the Dortmund striker, they will go to Lukaku again.

The Belgian striker joined Chelsea in 2011 and left for Everton in 2014 after a brief stint with the club. Inter have no plans to sell Lukaku, so they have asked Chelsea for €120m.

The 28-year-old star is currently on holiday and is expected to return to Milan early next week.
