The 30-year-old Italian star is on the verge of leaving Napoli.
are reportedly planning to sell their captain Lorenzo Insigne for 30 million euros.
The 30-year-old star has a contract until June 2022, and Italian media have claimed that Napoli are ready to sell him for 30 million euros in the summer.
It is said that Insigne is unlikely to extend his contract with the club because he has asked for a salary increase of €5 million a year and Napoli are unable to pay that amount because of the financial crisis, they will have to reduce the players' salaries.
The Italian star also wants full control over the rights of his images, an issue that Aurelio De Laurentiis has opposed. Napoli have previously rejected Manchester United's €30 million bid for Kalido Koulibaly, but will accept a similar offer for Insigne.
Insigne has been with Napoli since the age of 15 and has moved from the academy to the first team. He scored his first game for the team in 2010. Previously, Barcelona and Tottenham wanted to hire him.
