Boateng may be close to joining Hertha Berlin

Bayern Munich’s experienced center back is negotiating over a move to Hertha Berlin.

is the most serious club about signing the experienced center back.

There have been reports suggesting that Hertha Berlin has been talking to the player about the possibility of his transfer, and it is not the first time that Die Alte Dame has shown interest in signing Boateng.

Hertha Berlin’s new head of sporting Fredi Bobic has talked about the matter, claiming that a transfer is possible, but it isn’t a sure thing yet.

“You never know what the transfer market will bring in the end. Jérôme is also someone who has a Berlin background.

“Jerome is still moving in a completely different sphere. It doesn’t make any sense at all yet. I know his advisors well and there are certainly different thoughts at the moment. We’ll have to wait and see what happens,”

Despite the club’s interest in signing the defender, Bobic says that they are ready to wait for his answer until the last day of the transfer window.
