Following Zidane’s resignation, Real Madrid are now looking for another manager to replace the Frenchman, with PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino being their top target.

Following Zinedine Zidane’s departure from

Real Madrid

, Los Blancos have set

Paris Saint-Germain

boss

Mauricio Pochettino

as their number 1 target to replace the Frenchman, who ended his contract 12 months earlier.

Massimiliano Allegri was said to be the club’s initial choice to replace Zidane. However, it looks like

Juventus

have beaten their Spanish rivals in the race to sign Allegri, and the Bianconeri are now ready to welcome their former boss to Turin.

Real are said to be considering other options such as Antonio Conte and the club’s legend Raúl, however,

Goal

has reported that the Argentine manager is now at the top of Real Madrid list.

PSG coach has also previously stated that leading Real would be ‘Dream’.

Although there is a mutual desire on both Real and Pochettino’s side, reaching an agreement with PSG will not be easy.

Pochettino has a contract with Paris Saint-Germain until the summer of 2022, and if he decides to terminate his contract, he will have to compensate the Parisians.

Goal has also reported that

Tottenham

are also trying to persuade the Argentine tactician for a return to north London, 18 months after he was sacked by the Spurs.
