FIGC has made some changes to simplify the coronavirus protocol, including more rapid tests and short-term quarantine.
The Italian Football Federation has increased the number of COVID-19 fast tests and decreased the length of isolation.
FIGC declared on its official website that COVID-19 protocol was required to be modified to make the season's completion in Serie A, B, C and women's football easier.
The rapid COVID-19 tests result in 48 hours before matches and the same day if some positive cases are found in a squad, or his teammates need the all-clear.
In this matter, the protocol allows infected players and staff members with symptoms to be isolated for an entire 10-day period instead of 14 days. But infected people who do not have any symptoms need to stay in quarantine for three days.
