Hojbjerg - the modern day Zinedine Zidane

Spurs coach, Jose Mourinho referred to his French player, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg as Zinedine Zidane after his performance on their Europa League game against LASK.

’s amazing game against their opponent on Thursday,

Mourinho

took some time to praise the performance of his player to call it a performance similar to the performance of the great Zinedine Zidane.

Despite suffering from a mild head injury, the French player was able to get back on the pitch on the 21st minute and as stated by Mourinho Hojbjerg is a true born captain who doesn’t need an armband to prove his leadership skills.

also made his first debut coming from Benfica on a loan. The Portuguese coach describing the performance of the Brazilian player as good, still believes that this player has a great potential to step up his game alongside improving his communication skills in English.
