Stoichkov: "Gundogan will help a lot with his experience"
Ilkay Gundogan is a new player for Barcelona.
Hristo Stoichkov, former Barcelona forward, believes that Gundogan can help the team.
"He is a great professional and I think he will help a lot with his experience because Barcelona have a young team."
he told Stats Perform
"Frenkie De Jong, Pedri, Gavi, Balde, Araujo, and Ansu Fati are young, and having a heavyweight in the squad can help them grow."
With Barcelona, Stoichkov won the Champions League title once and the La Liga title five times.
Stoichkov won the Ballon d'Or in 1994.
