PSG to offer €15m for Valencia’s playmaker Carlos Soler

At the beginning of the month, it was reported that Paris Saint-Germain is planning to sign Ruiz from Napoli and has presented him with an offer of €25 million plus add-ons, while Valencia’s midfielder was suggested as their alternative if they fail to sign Ruiz.

However, after completing the signature of

Fabian Ruiz

from Napoli, the Parisians are still keen to sign

Valencia’s

25-year-old midfielder. According to

Marca

, PSG is preparing to offer Valencia a deal between €15m and €17m for the playmaker.

Paris Saint-Germain

tries to take advantage of Valencia’s financial struggle as they offer far less than the player's market value of between €40m and €50m.

While Paris Saint-Germain’s negotiations for

Fabian Ruiz

progress well, it’s been reported the

Napoli

playmaker has fully agreed on personal terms with PSG, with the Parisians hoping to finalize the signature as soon as possible. Ruiz joined

Napoli

in 2018 and has since gone on to make 166 appearances for the Italian club, contributing 22 goals and 15 assists. He’s earned 15 caps for

La Roja

.

After a 0-0 draw at Fiorentina, Napoli will next be in action at home against
