Newcastle attempts to sign Watford star Pedro

The Brazilian star hopes that the negotiations will go well and he will return to the Premier League.

Newcastle United

have made their second bid for

Joao Pedro

to Watford and hope to complete the move.

The offer is said to be around £30m with add-ons. Watford are currently negotiating a fee structure and how achievable the add-ons. They are under no pressure to sell Pedro and he has three years left on his contract.

On August 15, the Hornets rejected a £17.5 million bid for the Brazilian star, who has 3 goals and 1 assist in his 28 appearances.

Newcastle have signed Matt Targett from Aston Villa for £15m so far in the summer, Nick Pope from Burnley for £10m and Sven Botman, their latest signing of the summer for £35m, left Lile for the Premier League side.
