Mbappe sending a wrong message with his behaviour - Saha

Mbappe's behavior during the recent meeting of his team has been accompanied by many negative reactions.

Louis Saha is upset with

Kylian Mbappe

's approach and believes he is sending the wrong message to his teammates.

After

PSG

's 5-2 win over Montpellier, Mbappe was heavily criticized. He, who recently extended his contract with Paris Saint-Germain and rejected

Real Madrid

's offer, was in a bad mood in the first game of the current season. He missed a penalty in the 23rd minute, but created his team's first goal on a mistake by Falaye Sacko. But when the second penalty was announced in favor of PSG, a spat between Neymar and Mbappé became apparent to. Mbappé was confident that he should also take the second shot, and following his frustration after talking to Neymar, he even barged past Lionel Messi. Neymar converted the penalty kick into a goal, and Mbappe was able to score a goal in the 69th minute, but he was did not celebrate. He also objected to Vitinha's decision to pass to Messi instead, throwing his arms up and refusing to continue in the attack.

PSG boss Christophe Gaultier considered Mbappe's behavior in this match due to his lack of preparation, and Saha criticized his compatriot.

He said:

"I would think it's unacceptable for a player of this nature.

"Yes we all make mistakes, especially since he's a young player.

"But [being a young player] doesn't give you the position to do this, because all the people will be on his back. We will say, 'Wait a minute, we have seen a lot of things going on'.

"We've seen fights with Neymar. Doing that [throwing his arms up in the air after Vitinha's pass to Messi] after whatever choices from a player giving the ball, that's the wrong message. That's not helping.

"He still needs to show from the outside that he's remaining eager.

"You have ambition and all that, fine, there's no problem. You want to win, but you don't bring the right message to the other players - some very expensive players should be respected, some young players should be respected."
