Real Madrid express sincere gratitude to leaving Bale & Isco

Gareth Bale and Isco are on their way out of Los Blancos, who have appreciated the two for their services since 2013.

have shown their "sincere gratitude and affection" to

Gareth Bale

and

Isco

, who are departing the club.

Bale announced on Wednesday that he was departing the La Liga champions and Champions League winners as his contract is due to expire with Real Madrid.

Isco also said this week that he will also leave when he hits free agency.

Both players have penned a contract with Madrid in 2013, with Bale coming from

Tottenham

while Isco joined from Malaga.

They have helped their side win 19 trophies through the years although Bale played for Spurs on loan in the 2020-21 season.

They have won five

Champions League

titles, three league crowns, one Copa del Rey and four FIFA Club World Cup.

Bale met the target in some crucial games to seal victories for his side, including his double in the 2018 Champions League final against Liverpool.

"Real Madrid would like to express its sincere gratitude and affection to Gareth Bale, a player who will forever be part of the club's legacy," a statement on the club's website read, with the same applying for Isco.
