defender joining the

Major League Soccer

(MLS) following speculations that he will leave the club at the end of the current season.

His contract with Bianconeri runs through 2023, and one of the reasons he was given such a long-term deal was his desire to play for Italy in the next World Cup in

Qatar

in 2022. However, they were unable to qualify for the competition, and he is now restricted from playing club football.

Fabrizio Romano reports that Giorgio Chiellini is considering leaving Juventus at the end of the current season, and the MLS could be his next stop As he is intrigued by the prospect of playing in the league.

Although he is open to trying something fresh, Chiellini's current contract is set to end in June 2022.
