Tuchel committed but Chelsea full chaos yet to be revealed

The blues are enduring an uncertain situation and Thomas Tuchel revealed that he does not know how the condition is going to be for the club.

Thomas Tuchel

accepts the off-field chaos

Chelsea

might get worse and is yet uncertain, but he promised to keep competing.

Chelsea vanquished

Norwich City

on Thursday with the game coming down to a 3-1 result courtesy of Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and Chalobah’s goals

Roman Abramovich

, the club owner, was sanctioned by the UK government that same day due to his connection with Vladimir Putin following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

He intended to sell the club before the sanctions hit and now everything is in doubt.

Although Chelsea were given a sporting license to keep playing, they cannot sell tickets to non-season-ticket holders or their merchandise.

They are not permitted to use more than £20,000 on away travel and the incomes from prize money and TV rights will be frozen.

"

I didn't see that coming yesterday and I don't know what is coming tomorrow,"

Tuchel told reporters after the defeat of Norwich.

"The level of impact it has, the news of today is big, in time we don't know how big. We cannot influence it."

The Blues boss appeared at peace, knowing that there is nothing he or his players can do to affect the situation.

"

I am still happy to be here and still happy to be manager of a strong team,"

he continued.

"So far we can trust each other and this will not change. As long as we have enough shirts and a bus to drive to the games, we will be there and will compete hard.

"Everybody can be very sure that we focus on us, to keep the attitude and the mentality right on the training ground and within the team."

The Blues will lock horns with

Newcastle United

on Sunday.
