Juventus’ new signing Denis Zakaria explains his feeling at his new club.

Massimiliano Allegri’s
squad insisting that he is here to win many trophies and that being there is an exceptional thing for him.
“Signing for Juventus is something exceptional for me. I still have to realize it. It’s a great club, I’m very honoured and proud to be a part of it. I will give my best to bring my contribution. I can help the team recover balls, that’s one of my qualities.”

“I can contribute with my progression and dynamism. I can contribute with my mentality of wanting to win every game, although I know that’s already the mentality of the team. I want to put my energy at the disposal of the team to obtain important results.
“My goal is to win trophies with Juventus. Juventus are a great club, who have to win something every year. For me it is important to play well, to give joy to the fans and to win trophies.”
He explained why he decided to take the number 28 shirt.
“I chose number 28 because it’s the number I started playing with at Servette. I also wore it at Young Boys. At Gladbach I wore number 8, but here I had the chance to choose 28 again. It’s a number that has always brought me luck and I hope it will bring me luck here too.”
