Neymar laughs off claims about his weight
The Brazilian star has recently been criticized by the French media for his fitness.
Neymar featured in Brazil’s 1-0 win over Chile in their World Cup qualifier on Thursday. The PSG star was suggested to be overweight by French media after the Parisians’ victory against Reims last week.
After the match against Chile, Neymar published an
Instagram story, reacting to his side’s performance.
"Did we play well? No! Did we win? Yes!"
He then addressed criticism of his weight, writing:
"The shirt was size G (large), I'm at my weight. Next game I'll order an M,"
along with several laughing emojis.
During the current international break, the Selecao will play two more World Cup qualifiers. Tite’s side will face Argentina on Sunday, before playing against Peru four days later.
