Milan in the final stages of finalizing Tonali’s deal

Joining the Rossoneri from Brescia last summer, Tonali has become a key part of Pioli’s squad this season. Despite the bottling of the season by falling off the top of the table in the last months of their Serie A season, Milan had a season to build on for the future.

The

Rossoneri

reportedly want to start their build-up by completing

Sandro Tonali’s

full purchase from his parent club,

Brescia

.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio of

Sky Sports

, Milan and Brescia are close to agreeing a fee for

Tonali’s permanent transfer to the Stadio San Siro

.

Joining Milan on loan with an option to buy one year ago last summer, the Serie A giants agreed to pay €15m plus €10m add-ons to make the player’s move permanent.

However, due to the pandemic-affected financial situation that has hit the club, they requested to lower the 21-year-old's price.

Although

Brescia

has agreed Milan’s 20-year-old talented attacking midfielder,

Giacomo Olzer

, be included in the deal,

Calciomercato

has reported that the agreement is not done yet as

Milan

doesn’t want to pay more than €10m cash to finalize Tonali’s deal.
