Pedri and Iniesta are two different players - Luis Enrique
The Spain boss Luis Enrique has called for a comparison between Barcelona's youngster Pedri and former club captain Andres Iniesta.
The two have unavoidable comparisons due to their similarities in position and style of play, and they also represent a club team and a national team.
The comparisons follow 18-year-old Pedri being called up to the national team for the first time ahead of this month's World Cup qualifiers against Greece, Georgia and Kosovo.

El Mundo Deportivo: “
Pedri and Iniesta are two different players. Pedri must be allowed to continue making mistakes and getting everything right
.
“He is very humble and works and I have known him from his time in the Under-21 team but they are two different players.”
Pedri joined Blaugrana last summer in a € 5 million move from Las Palmas and is considered one of the best youth products in Spanish football, quickly establishing himself as one of Barcelona's first team's mainstays.
