medic Luca Gatteschi said.

Up until lunchtime today, we didn’t even know the names of those who were in close contact, so those sitting next to the positive case

.

We had three sets of swabs over the last few days, one more than the protocol requires, and they all came back negative. There was also another set of swabs taken this morning, to be on the safe side. They were all negative.

“However, the Naples ASL told us to keep those identified as ‘close contacts’ in the hotel anyway.”

The ASL in Naples has made such controversies before, which is ignoring the given Covid-19 restrictions

The other time was when they order Napoli to not go to Turin when they had a Serie A match against Juventus after two players tested positive which shows their lack of consistency. Further protests are going to be expected by Empoli. According to the protocols, should the players pass two negative tests, one before the match, they will be permitted to go according to the schedule.
