Eberechi Eze breached coronavirus guidelines

Eberechi Eze breached coronavirus guidelines as he was watching his former club QPR play against Fulham.

Crystal Palace

midfielder

Eberechi Eze

visited his former club

QPR

on Saturday to watch their game against

Fulham

in the FA Cup.

He was watching the game in apparent breach of COVID-19 rules and it was after Crystal Palace boss

Roy Hodgson

made it clear to his players that there must not be another breach of Government coronavirus guidelines.

After Crystal Palace captain

Luka Milivojevic

breached the rules on New Year’s Eve as his household mixed with Fulham forward Aleksandar Mitrovic and his family, he had to apologize and it was when Hodgson said that another breach of Government coronavirus guidelines will not be accepted.

Palace did not comment about Eze’s visit and also QPR boss

Mark Warburton

said:

“I’ve no idea whether he broke protocols or not. You’d have to ask our health and safety officer because that’s above my pay-grade.

“I want to talk about the game. What other players do in their own time, I can’t comment on that. It’s not my area of expertise. Far from it.”
