Brescia sack their head-coach, Diego Lopez
Daniele Gastaldello takes over on temporarily, as the club is stuck in the 14th place of Serie B table.

Lopez
took over the
Brescia’s
role in October from
Luigi Delneri
, he couldn’t save them from the Serie A relegation, and poor performances continued this season with club currently sitting 14
th
place in Serie B table after 9 games.
“Brescia Calcio announce the dismissal of Diego Lopez and his assistant, Michele Fini,”
the statement by the club read.
“The club thanks both of them for their work. The technical leadership of the first team is temporarily entrusted to Daniele Gastaldello, who will be assisted by Marco Barbieri. They will lead the Rondinelle starting from tromorrow’s match against Cremonese.”
