Reports suggest that

Barcelona

have reach an agreement with Kayserispor to sign the Turkish midfielder

Emre Demir

on a five-year contract.

The 17-year-old will join the Catalans on a €2million deal with a €400m buyout clause embedded in his contract.

However, the youngster will remain at Kayserispor and continues the rest of the 2021-22 season in the Turkish Süper Lig. Demir will have to wait about a year to begin his new journey in Spain, with the talented attacking midfielder being set to join Barcelona B in the next season.
