Recently in an interview with
Sports Illustrated, he has talked about his bizarre 2002 haircut, remarking it as ‘
horrible’
.
The Brazilian said:
“I apologize to all mothers who saw their kids make the same haircut.”
Ronaldo also explained the reason behind choosing such a haircut for the World Cup final.
He added:
“I saw my teammates and asked, ‘Do you like it?’ They said, ‘No, it’s horrible! Cut this off!’ But the journalists saw my haircut and forgot about the injury.”
